Looking forward to seeing you here for the new year 2021, I wish you a happy new year and physical and mental health yes it is also important.

At the beginning of the year, I decided to offer you 2 simple, fast and delicious recipes per week. it's one of my challenges this year.

Today, I propose the recipe of a delicious soft chocolate express, little sweet as I like them with only 5 ingredients.

This mellow is so good, unsweetened.

 

The motto was respected, a simple, fast and extremely delicious recipe. It's up to you to judge, I'm confident.

Express chocolate cake recipe

Mold

Ingredients:

  • 4 eggs
  • 1 chocolate (200g)
  • 125 g semi-salt butter ( or soft)
  • 90 g of sugar
  • 3 tablespoon of flour

Preparation:

  1. Melt the chocolate and butter and mix together.
  2. Add the 4 eggs and mix.
  3. Add sugar and mix.
  4. Add the flour in 3 times and mix between each addition.
  5. Place in a mold lined with a baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 20 minutes in the oven at 200oC (thermostat 6-7).
