At the beginning of the year, I decided to offer you 2 simple, fast and delicious recipes per week. it's one of my challenges this year.
Today, I propose the recipe of a delicious soft chocolate express, little sweet as I like them with only 5 ingredients.
This mellow is so good, unsweetened.

Express chocolate cake recipe
Mold
Ingredients:
-
4 eggs -
1 chocolate (200g) -
125 g semi-salt butter ( or soft) -
90 g of sugar -
3 tablespoon of flour
Preparation:
- Melt the chocolate and butter and mix together.
- Add the 4 eggs and mix.
- Add sugar and mix.
- Add the flour in 3 times and mix between each addition.
- Place in a mold lined with a baking sheet.
- Bake for 20 minutes in the oven at 200oC (thermostat 6-7).
