Hello les gourmands,

Récemment j'ai publié une vidéo sur Instagram , du tutoriel Cactus cake de maison_olivia qui a connu un engouement cela se comprends car ce gâteau est incroyable, si on te le dit pas que c'est un gâteau , l'illusion optique est parfait.

J'ai une particulière attirance pour les cactus cakes ou même cactus cupcakes, je suis impressionné par la perfection de l'illusion optique par la forme, par le mélange association des couleurs.

Recette Cactus cake  

Ingrédients:

Génoise au chocolat

  • Oeuf 150g ( environ 3 oeufs )
  • Sucre 90g
  • Extrait de vanille (facultatif)
  • Farine à gâteau 75g ( Farine avec la levure chimique déjà incorporée)
  • Cacao en poudre 15g
  • Beurre non salé 20g
  • Lait 15g

Crème au beurre

  • Beurre non salé 450g
  • Blanc d'oeuf 150g
  • Sucre 180g
