Enfin je vais vous dévoiler la recette de mon tiramisu sans cuisson, tellement facile et rapide à réaliser. Je vous dit tout le monde peut le faire, pas besoin de compétence en pâtisserie.
Moi je suis plutôt team tiramisu aux chocolat , je n'aime pas le café donc je l'ai fait au chocolat mais vous pouvez le faire au café.
Depuis que j'ai fait mon premier cake sans cuisson à la fraise, je m'arrête plus, j'aime trop. Franchement avec ce type de gâteau , tu peux impressionner tes convives avec peu et en faisant une belle présentation.
Niveau goût , il est vraiment bon , moi je le fais la vielle , je trouve que la crème est encore plus bonne le lendemain, j'aime trop.
Je suis trop fan et fière de mes gâteaux sans cuisson.
Toujours fidèle à ma crème mascarpone chantilly, the best . Si vous n'aimez pas la mascarpone , vous pouvez la faire avec du Philadelphia.
J'ai filmée la vidéo de cette recette mais j'ai trop du mal avec le montage , c'est pour cela que j'ai pris du temps à vous partager la recette, pourtant je pourrais confier le montage aux père de mes enfants (c'est son domaine) mais je tiens à le faire moi-même et créer mon identité visuel. Je vais y arriver, je crois en moi lol.

Recette du tiramisu sans cuisson et oeufs
Ingrédients:
Pour un plat en verre de 25 cm x 21 cm
- un quatre quart de 500 gr
- 500 gr de mascarpone
- 620 ml de crème liquide
- 180 gr de sucre glace
- 150 ml d'eau ou de lait selon vos préférences
- 15 gr de cacao en poudre non sucré
- une gousse de vanille ou
- du cacao en poudre non sucré pour saupoudrer
Quatre quart
Préparation:
Avant de commencer , prendre votre eau ou lait au chocolat, mélanger l'eau et le cacao en poudre dans un bol et réserver-le.
Crème mascarpone chantilly
- Dans un saladier, mettez la mascarpone et 1/4 de la crème (faîtes le au jugé ne vous embêtez pas). Mélangez les un peu avec une spatule pour que la mascarpone se détende.
- Rajoutez le reste de crème et fouettez la préparation à vitesse rapide. Fiez vous à la consistance de votre préparation, il faut qu’elle monte, qu’elle ne soit plus liquide et qu’elle ait la texture d’une crème
- Une fois que la crème commence à monter, ajoutez le sucre glace et la vanille et continuez à battre.
- En tout il faut battre la crème au moins 2-3 min mais il faut une crème pas trop ferme , facile à étaler.

Montage du tiramisu
- Mettez un peu de crème au fond de votre plat pour faire tenir vos tranches de cake pour qu'elles ne bougent pas lorsque vous allez étaler la crème sur celles-ci.
- Couper environ 6 tranches avec une épaisseur moyennes que vous disposez dans le plat comme la photo ci-dessous.
- Imbiber les tranches de cake d'eau ou lait chocolat.
- Ajoutez une bonne couche de crème que vous étalez sur l'ensemble des tranches et vous pouvez saupoudrer un peu de cacao.
- Couper environ 6 tranches et dispose le comme la photo ci-dessous.
- Imbiber les tranches avec l'eau ou lait au chocolat.
- Recouvrir avec le reste de la crème avec une spatule coudé.
- Tamiser le cacao en poudre pour éviter les grumeaux.
- Saupoudrer le cacao sur l'ensemble de la crème.
- Se conserver au frais recouvert d'un film plastique.
- Régalez-vous!!!!
Conseil:
- Je le fais souvent la vieille pour le lendemain , je trouve est plus bonne le lendemain.
- Le sortir dans 20 min avant de le déguster pour avoir une crème crémeuse.
