Banana bread extra moelleux avec seulement un oeuf

Hello mes foodies,

Je reviens avec une nouvelle recette de banana bread extra moelleux , il me reste des bananes qui ont muries rapidement, il fallait absolument les manger donc j'ai décidé de faire un banana bread.

C'est une recette très simple à réaliser, tellement délicieuse. Je n'aime pas les bananes surtout quand elles sont très mures , l'odeur me dégoute mais j'aime trop ce gâteau, bizarre non?

Plus la banane est mûre plus le banana bread sera extra.

La devise a été respecte, une recette simple, rapide et délicieuse. À vous de juger, je suis confiante.

Avantages:

  • Simple fait avec très peu d'ingrédients,
  • Rapide, se fait en moins d'une heure ( préparation et cuisson)
  • Parfait pour les enfants
  • Peut être fait en atelier de pâtisserie avec les enfants.
  • Pas cher à réaliser.
  • Délicieux, sucré juste comme il faut. 

 

 

Recette du banana bread extra moelleux

Astuces:

  • Pour avoir un cake bien bombé avec une belle bosse grâce à une fissure obtenue avec un choc thermique  et une technique qui consiste de mettre une ligne horizontale de beurre pommade (moi j'utilise de l'huile cela fonctionne aussi bien) au milieu de la pâte sur toute la longueur de la pâte .
  • Mettre son cake dans le four à l'horizontale pour avoir une belle bosse.

  • Cette recette peut être réaliser sans oeuf. Je ne l'ai pas encore tester mais normalement c'est bon, il faut juste le laisser bien refroidir.

  • Laissez le refroidir 5 min ensuite retirer le de son moule, filmer le dans un film alimentaire pour garder ce moelleux et le laisser refroidir minimum 1h l'idéale c'est 2h.

 

 Mes astuces pour avoir un gâteau extra moelleux

Ustensiles nécessaires :

  

 

    Ingrédients:

    Mesure si vous souhaitez faire cette recette un yaourt nature.

    Je l'utilise mon pot de yaourt de 125gr comme unité  de mesure. 

    Moi j'utilise un moule de 20 cm

    Pour moule de 20 à 25 cm

    • 2 ou 3 banane mûres
    • 1 Yaourt ou yaourt grec 125 gr
    • 1 oeuf moyen
    • Farine 200 gr
    • 75 gr de sucre
    • 1/2 Pot d'huile de tournesol 65 ml
    • 1 demi sachet de levure chimique  (baking powder) 7 gr
    • 1 cuillère a soupe de crème fraiche

      Étapes de préparation

      1. Dans un saladier, versez le yaourt et gardez le pot pour mesurer les autres ingrédients (l'huile). Ecraser le banane à 'laide d'une fourchette
      2. Ajouter l'huile, les oeufs, le sucre et mélanger.
      3. Ajouter la banane écrasées et mélanger.
      4.  Mélanger la farine et  la levure chimique ensemble
      5. Ajouter le mélange farine et levure au reste de la préparation. 
      6. Mélanger avec une maryse ( une spatule en plastique avec un bout plat) ou avec un fouet doucement jusqu'à obtenir une pâte homogène laissant un peu de farine visible aidant à obtenir un gâteau bien moelleux.
      7. Ajouter la crème fraiche à la préparation.
      8. Chemiser le moule de papier cuisson et versez-y la pâte 
      10. Faire une fine ligne horizontale de beurre pommade ou d'huile  (moi j'utilise de l'huile cela fonctionne aussi bien) au milieu de la pâte dans le moule sur toute la longueur de la pâte pour avoir une belle bosse. Pour faire cette ligne, j'utilise la pointe d'un couteau pour tracer la ligne ensuite je prend une cuillère à café où je mets un peu d'huile et je repasse avec ma cuillère sur ligne faite avec le couteau pour y déposer l'huile dans le creux créer par la pointe du couteau. J'espère tu as compris mes explications😉.
      11. Enfournez à 180°C pendant 40 min environ. Surveillez la cuisson en enfonçant la pointe d'un couteau au milieu du gâteau : si elle en ressort propre, c'est cuit ! Adapter la cuisson selon votre four.
      12. Laissez le refroidir 5 min ensuite retirer le de son moule et filmer le dans un film alimentaire pour garder le côté moelleux.
      13. Laissez le refroidir une heure minimum.
      14. Régalez-vous!!!
