Cake mi vanille mi chocolat sans oeufs ni beurre

Hello les gourmands,
Cette recette est un basic pour moi , que je fais depuis longtemps. Je le fais aux enfants quand je ne suis pas motivée à faire une recette plus élaborée. C'est une recette très simple , très rapide avec peu d'ingrédients mais surtout délicieuse.
C'est une recette base yaourt , sans oeuf et ni beurre pour ne pas changer lol. Habituellement , je fais ce cake dans un moule rond et je fais un effet marbre en mélangeant les 2 couleurs mais là je voulais deux gâteaux distincts en un seul gâteau.
Comme d'habitude tout le monde a validé mon gâteau.
Avantages:
- Simple fait avec très peu d'ingrédients,
- Rapide, se fait en moins d'une heure ( préparation et cuisson)
- Parfait pour les enfants
- Peut être fait en atelier de pâtisserie avec les enfants.
- Pas cher à réaliser.
- Délicieux, sucré juste comme il faut.
Recette cake mi vanille mi chocolat sans oeuf et avec de l'huile d'olive.
Je l'utilise mon pot de yaourt de 125gr comme unité de mesure.
Ingrédients:
Pour moule de 25 cm
- 1 Yaourt nature 125 gr
- 3 Pots de farine
- 1 Pot de sucre
- 1/2 Pot d'huile de l'olive
- Quelques gouttes d'extrait de vanille
- 45 gr de chocolat noir 90%
- Levure chimique (baking powder) 11 gr
Étapes de préparation
- Préchauffez le four à 180 °C.
- Faire fondre le chocolat noir.
- Dans un saladier, versez le yaourt et gardez le pot pour mesurer les autres ingrédients.
- Ajouter l'huile, le sucre, la farine, la levure chimique et mélanger avec une maryse ( une spatule en plastique avec un bout plat) .
- Mélanger avec la maryse jusqu'à obtenir une pâte homogène.
- Séparer la pâte dans deux bols différents à part égale.
- Dans l'un ajouter le chocolat noir fondu et dans l'autre, quelques gouttes de vanille selon vos goûts.
- Si la pâte au chocolat devient compact après l'ajout du chocolat, ajouter 2-3 cuillères à soupe d'eau pour avoir une pâte un peu plus liquide.
- Beurrez un moule à cake et versez-y la pâte chocolat , a bien étaler sur la longueur et ensuite la pâte à la vanille.
- Enfournez pour 30 à 40 min. Surveillez la cuisson en enfonçant la pointe d'un couteau au milieu du gâteau : si elle en ressort propre, c'est cuit !
