Gâteau aux pommes et aux amandes (delicious)

Coucou mes gourmands,

Je suis de retour, ces derniers temps, je n'avais pas d'inspiration et pas l'envie de faire des gâteaux mais je reviens en force avec de nouvelles recettes.

Il y'a quelques jours , j'ai envie de faire mon gâteau aux pommes que j'aime trop, c'est le meilleur lol mais je voulais apporte un plus donc j'ai fouillée mes placards et j'ai trouvé des amandes entières.

Je savais que l'association pommes et amandes étaient incroyable. ce gâteau a confirmé ça.

Il était délicieux , moelleux , sucré comme juste comme il faut, fruité , croquant apporté par les amandes hachées.

La devise a été respecte, une recette simple, rapide et délicieuse. À vous de juger, je suis confiante.

  • Rapide, se fait en moins d'une heure ( préparation et cuisson)
  • Parfait pour les enfants
  • Peut être fait en atelier de pâtisserie avec les enfants.
  • Pas cher à réaliser.

  • croquant
  • délicieux, sucré juste comme il faut. 

RECETTE GÂTEAU YAOURT AUX POMMES ET AUX AMANDES

Je l'utilise mon pot de yaourt de 125gr comme unité  de mesure. 

Ingrédients:

Pour moule de 25 cm

  • 1 Yaourt nature 125 gr
  • 1 pomme et demie pour le gâteau
  • 3 Pots de farine 255 gr
  • 1 Pot de sucre 125 gr
  • 50 gr de poudre d'amande ou dizaine d'amandes concassées
  • 1/2 Pot d'huile de tournesol 
  • 2 oeufs
  • 1 sachet  Sucre vanillé 8 gr
  •  Levure chimique (baking powder) 11 gr
  • 1pincée Sel
  • une pomme et demie pomme pour la décoration

Étapes de préparation

  1. Préchauffez le four à 180 °C.
  2. Dans un saladier, versez le yaourt et gardez le pot pour mesurer les autres ingrédients.
  3. Ajoutez le sucre, la farine, l'huile, le sel, les oeufs, la levure chimique et le sucre vanillé et mélanger avec une maryse  ( une spatule en plastique avec un bout plat)  .
  4. Ajouter la poudre ou les amandes concassées à la fin.
  5. Mélanger avec la maryse j'usqu'à obtenir homogène.    
  6. Beurrez un moule à cake et versez-y la pâte.
  7. Couper les pommes pour la décoration en lamelle et faire des cercle comme sur la photo ci-dessous sur la pâte.       
  8. Enfournez pour 30 à 40 min. Surveillez la cuisson en enfonçant la pointe d'un couteau au milieu du gâteau : si elle en ressort propre, c'est cuit !  
  9. Régalez-vous!!
