Pancakes a la pomme
Hello les gourmands,
Voilà une recette que je fais souvent et que je trouve originale avec un ingrédient qui fait toute la différence. Depuis le temps, je souhaite vous partager ma recette de pancakes à la pomme. Ces pancakes son tellement bons, ils sont bien moelleux, la pomme apporte quelque chose d'unique.
Parfait pour le petit déjeuner , un brunch ou au goûter.
Ingrédients pour 16 pancakes ( parfois j'adapte la recette si un ou plusieurs ingrédients me manquent)
- 2 pommes moyennes, pelées, épépinées et râpées
- 200 g de farine
- 95 g de fromage blanc ( remplacer par un yaourt nature )
- 40 g de beurre fondu
- 20 cl de lait
- 1 œuf ( moi je le fais sans )
- 1 gousse de vanille (facultatif)
- 1 c. à café de bicarbonate alimentaire ( ou de levure)
- 1 pincée de sel
- Huile de tournesol (pour la cuisson)
- Sucre glace, miel ou sirop d'agave (pour la dégustation)
Préparation
- Dans un saladier, tamisez la farine, le sucre, le sel et le bicarbonate.
- Dans un autre récipient, fouettez vivement l’œuf avec le fromage blanc, ajoutez les graines de la gousse de vanille, les pommes râpées, le beurre fondu et le lait.
- Versez cette préparation sur la farine et remuez pour obtenir une pâte homogène.
- Laissez reposer la pâte 30 minutes à température ambiante.
- Faites chauffer une goutte d’huile dans une poêle antiadhésive, versez 4 petites louches de pâte. Laissez cuire à feu moyen pendant 1 mn environ puis retournez les quatre pancakes avec une spatule et poursuivre la cuisson jusqu’à ce que la pâte n’attache plus en dessous, signe qu’ils sont cuits. Procédez de la même manière jusqu’à épuisement de la pâte en gardant les pancakes au chaud au fur et à mesure.
- Servir chaud saupoudrés d'un voile de sucre glace et du miel ou e sirop d'agave.
Voila les pancakes à la pomme n'a plus de secret pour toi.
