Hello les gourmands,
Aujourd'hui, je reviens avec une nouvelle recette de Pâtisseriebeaubon, Romain un jeune garçon de seulement 15 ans passionné de pâtisserie qui a beaucoup de talent , futur chef pâtissier, je le sens bien pour lui lol.
J'ai décidé de partager les recettes de pâtissiers dont j'apprécie le travail , c'est une continuité logique et cela permet d'avoir une diversité de recettes.
Romain nous propose une recette de cookies qui donne envie.
RECETTE COOKIES BY PATISSERIEBEAUBON
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 œuf
- 145 g de sucre roux
- 125 g de beurre
- 1/2 sachet de levure chimique
- 225 g de farine
- 120g pépites de chocolat
- Ganache chocolat (facultatif)
INSTRUCTIONS
- A l’aide d’une cuillère faites des tas de ganache qui servira d’insert dans vos cookie. Placez au congélateur pour qu’ils durcissent bien.
- Mélanger le beurre fondu et le sucre, lorsque le mélange est homogène, ajoutez l’oeuf, mélangez.
- Ajoutez ensuite la farine + levure et mélanger jusqu’à formation d’une pâte homogène.
- Ajoutez les pépites de chocolat. Mélangez de nouveau Placez au frigo 30 minutes pour raffermir la pâte. Formez vos cookies en insérant la ganache. .
- Faites cuire à 180°C pendant 10-15 minutes .
