Gâteau au yaourt extra moelleux
Hello les gourmands,
Je me promène sur Pinterest pour trouver des inspirations et des recettes. Je suis tombé sur cette recette de gâteau au yaourt extra moelleux cela m'a intrigué donc j'ai consulté la liste d'ingrédients surprise contrairement à ma recette habituelle, dans celle-ci on y ajoute des oeufs cela fait toute la différence.
J'ai reproduire cette recette mais en diminuant la quantité d'oeufs, j'ai mis 2 oeufs au lieu 4. En cette période de crise sanitaire , les oeufs sont souvent rupture de stock, le gâteau était toute aussi bon, moelleux et aéré.
C'est une recette simple et rapide à faire pour les mamans surtout pour les flemmards..😂😂
Astuces pour un gateaux moelleux:
- Remplacer le yaourt par du fromage blanc, des yaourts grecs et/ou ajoutez une cuillère à soupe de crème fraîche. Grâce aux matières plus grasses vous obtiendrez un gâteau plus humide et plus aéré donc plus moelleux.
- La fécule de maïs sert à alléger les gâteaux donc apporte aussi du moelleux. Faites moitié farine, moitié fécule.
- La compote de pommes apportera du moelleux, je l'utilise dans ma recette habituelle.
- A la sortie du four , recourir votre gâteau de paper aluminium pendant quelques minutes cela va créer de l'humidité et le rendra plus moelleux.
Recette gâteau au yaourt moelleux
Je l'utilise mon pot de yaourt de 125gr comme unite de mesure
Ingrédients:
- 1 yaourt naturel de 125 grams
- 1 mesure (le verre de yaourt) d’huile de tournesol
- 1 mesures et demie (le verre de yaourt) de sucre
- 3 mesures (le verre de yaourt) de farine 375 gr
- 4 œufs ( j'en met 2 moi )
- 11 -15 gr de levure chimique
- Arôme, dans notre cas vanille, mais vous pouvez utiliser zeste de citron ou orange, cannelle…
Préparation :
- Nous préparons d’abord les ingrédients. Nous mettons le yaourt dans un bol séparé, nous nettoyons et séchons le pot de yaourt vide. Il est plus facile de mesurer d’abord les solides et enfin l’huile pour que rien ne reste collé. En détail, la mesure est le volume du yaourt. Préchauffer le four à 180ºC.
- Battre les œufs avec le sucre jusqu’à ce qu’a le mélange double de volume, 2-3 minutes, après nous ajoutons le yaourt, l’huile et le zeste ou l’arôme que nous voulons. Nous mélangeons.
- Ajouter la farine et la levure. Vous pouvez l’ajouter telle quelle ou, mieux, en tamisant le mélange pour éviter les grumeaux. On mélange juste assez pour avoir un mélange homogène et sans grumeaux et la pâte prête !
- Nous passons la pâte dans un moule de 18 cm avec du papier cuit ou beurré et saupoudré de farine pour mieux la démouler.
- Cuire au four pendant 30-35 minutes à 180ºC, ou jusqu’à ce que nous voyons que la pointe d’un couteau sort propre en piquant au centre du gâteau. Démouler et laisser refroidir.
- Régalez vous!!!
