Mon fraisier sans cuisson

Je vais enfin vous partager ma recette de fraisier sans cuisson qui a rencontré un succès sur mon Instagram , cela me fait tellement plaisir.

Je tenais à vous remercier pour l'accueil que vous avez réservés à mes créations sur ma page Instagram, j'avais trop peur que cela ne vous plaisent pas ou qu'elles ne soient pas à la hauteur de ce que je poste sur ma page. Merci beaucoup pour la force que vous me donnez.

 

Comment vous savez surement je suis une grande fan de fraise , c'est un de mes fruits préférés, quand c'est la saison des fraises, j'en mange à toutes le sauces, j'ai la chance de pourvoir me fournir chez une productrice de légumes qui pratique une agriculture sans pesticides, elle fait des fraises d'une grande qualité.

Comme j'aime les fraises donc logiquement mon dessert préféré est le fraisier. 

Depuis je souhaite faire un fraisier mais je trouve que c'est long à réaliser , moi j'aime faire des recettes simples, rapides et délicieuses. Donc j'ai créée mon propre fraisier , simples, rapides et extrêmement bon.

J'ai imaginée un fraisier avec une crème mascarpone chantilly  (ma crème d'amour), avec un quart quatre que j'ai acheté en magasin celui de bonne maman et de la marque carrefour sont vraiment bons et les fraises.

Franchement tout le monde adoré, il était tellement bon. Après ça , je les refais plusieurs fois.

 

 

Il est tellement simple à faire, il faut juste faire la crème et le montage du gâteau. la seule difficulté dans cette recette est la crème mais qui reste simple à faire.

C'est une gâteau que vous pouvez décliner en plusieurs version par exemple à la mangue, à la framboise..... Faites travailler votre imagination , il y'a tellement à faire.

La devise a été respecte, une recette simplerapide et extrêmement délicieux. À vous de juger, je suis confiante.

  • délicieux, sucré juste comme il faut.  

Recette Fraisier sans cuisson avec une crème sans oeufs

Ingrédients:

Pour un plat en verre de 25 cm x 21 cm ou 27 x 18 cm

  • un quatre quart de 500 gr
  • 500 gr de mascarpone
  • 620 ml de crème liquide
  • 180 gr de sucre glace
  • une gousse de vanille ou l'extrait de vanille
  • 250 gr des fraises
Quatre quart

 

Préparation:

Avant de commencer , laver et sécher vos fraises. Couper en morceau environ 125 ou 150 gr de fraises et réserver le reste de fraises pour la décoration.

 

Crème mascarpone chantilly

  1. Dans un saladier, mettez la mascarpone et 1/4 de la crème (faîtes le au jugé ne vous embêtez pas). Mélangez les un peu avec une spatule pour que la mascarpone se détende. 
  2. Rajoutez le reste de crème et fouettez la préparation à vitesse rapide. Fiez vous à la consistance de votre préparation, il faut qu’elle monte, qu’elle ne soit plus liquide et qu’elle ait la texture d’une crème
  3. Une fois que la crème commence à monter, ajoutez le sucre glace, la vanille et continuez à battre.
  4. En tout il faut battre la crème au moins 2-3 min mais il faut une crème pas trop ferme , facile à étaler.

Ma recette de crème mascarpone chantilly pour number cakes, cakes, cupcakes

Montage du fraisier

  1. Mettez un peu de crème au fond de votre plat pour faire tenir vos tranches de cake pour qu'elles ne bougent pas lorsque vous allez étaler la crème sur celles-ci.
  2. Couper environ 6 tranches avec une épaisseur moyennes que vous disposez dans le plat comme la photo ci-dessous.  
  3.  Ajoutez une couche de crème que vous étalez sur l'ensemble des tranches
  4. Parsemer de morceaux de fraises sur l'ensemble de la crème.
  5. Ajoutez une bonne couche de crème que vous étalez sur l'ensemble des tranches.
  6. Couper environ 6 tranches  et dispose le comme la photo ci-dessous. 
  7. Recouvrir avec le reste de la crème  avec une spatule coudé.
  8. Décorer avec les fraises non coupées
  9. Se conserver au frais recouvert d'un film plastique.
  10. Régalez-vous!!!!

Conseil: 

  • Vous pouvez 3 couches de gâteau.
  • Je le fais souvent la vieille pour le lendemain , je trouve est plus bonne le lendemain.
  • Le sortir dans 20 min avant de le déguster si vous voulez une crème crémeuse.
