Je vais vous partager une recette de sponge cake moelleux ou aussi appeler molly cake ou génoise simple à faire.
C'est une recette facile de @sel qu'elle partage sur Instagram et sa formation qui est vraiment bien, je vous la recommande, ces recettes sont incroyables et très bonnes.
J'adapte sa recette de sponge cake vanille car elle est facile et très bonne mais surtout parce que c'est une recette sans beurre et avec seulement 2 oeufs.
Une recette de sponge cake vanille idéale pour les débutants.
Vous pouvez décliner la recette selon vos goûts ( au chocolat, au citron....)

Recette facile de sponge cake
Ingrédients
- 150 gr de farine
- 165 gr de sucre
- 135 gr d'oeuf ( env 2 oeufs)
- 65 ml de lait ou du lait végétale ( comme le lait d'avoine)
- 35 gr de l'huile
- 5 gr de levure chimique
- 2 cas d'eau chaude
- 1 c à c d'extrait de vanille
Etapes de la recette:
- Préchauffer le four à 180 degrés.
- Préparer 3 cercles ou un moule haut de 16cm.
- Mélanger les ingrédients secs.
- Dans le bol du batteur, mélanger les œufs et le sucre, battre pendant 4-5 min.
- Ajouter l'huile,l'eau chaude et le lait.
- Ajouter petit à petit le mélange sec et remuer à l'intérieur avec la spatule.
- Faites cuire 3 éponges à 175-180 degrés séparément pendant 18 min
