Aujourd'hui, je vous propose la recette d'un délicieux moelleux au chocolat express, peu sucré comme je les aime fait avec seulement 5 ingrédients.
Ce moelleux est tellement bon, peu sucré.

Recette au moelleux au chocolat express
Moule
Ingrédients:
-
4 oeufs -
1 chocolat (200g) -
125 g de beurre demi sel ( ou doux) -
90 g de sucre -
3 cuillère à soupe de farine
Etapes:
- Faire fondre le chocolat et le beurre ensemble.
- Ajouter les 4 oeufs et mélanger
- Ajouter le sucre et mélanger le tout.
- Ajouter la farine en 3 fois, mélanger entre chaque ajout.
- Mettre dans un moule tapissé d'une feuille de cuisson.
- Cuire 20 min au four à 200°C (thermostat 6-7).
