Délicieux moelleux au chocolat express

Au plaisir de vous retrouver ici en cette nouvelle année 2021, je vous souhaite une bonne année et la santé physique et mentale oui c'est aussi importante.

En ce début d'année, j'ai décidée de vous proposer 2 recettes simples, rapides et délicieuses par semaine.

Aujourd'hui, je vous propose la recette d'un délicieux moelleux au chocolat express, peu sucré comme je les aime fait avec seulement 5 ingrédients.

Ce moelleux est tellement bon, peu sucré.

La devise a été respecte, une recette simple, rapide et extrêmement délicieux. À vous de juger, je suis confiante.

  • délicieux, sucré juste comme il faut.  

Recette au moelleux au chocolat express

Moule 

Ingrédients:

  • 4 oeufs
  • 1 chocolat (200g)
  • 125 g de beurre demi sel ( ou doux)
  • 90 g de sucre
  • 3 cuillère à soupe de farine

Etapes:

  1. Faire fondre le chocolat et le beurre ensemble.
  2. Ajouter les 4 oeufs et mélanger 
  3. Ajouter le sucre et mélanger le tout.
  4. Ajouter la farine en 3 fois, mélanger entre chaque ajout.
  5. Mettre dans un moule tapissé d'une feuille de cuisson.
  6. Cuire 20 min au four à 200°C (thermostat 6-7).
