Incroyable gâteau oréo sans cuisson.
Comment ça va ? moi ça va très bien. Je suis trop contente de revenir ici pour vous partager une recette sans cuisson , oui c'est ma spécialité maintenant et cette recette est une tueeeerie.
Ces gâteaux sans cuisson sont parfaits pour les mamans.
Et j'ai vue que vous appréciez ce type de gâteau sur ma page Instagram donc j'ai décidée de faire une série pourquoi pas faire un ebook spécial gâteaux sans cuisson. J'adore imaginer les gâteaux mais surtout les associations.
Je vais donc fait une déclinaison de mon gâteau sans cuisson,un gâteau Oréo sans cuisson, il est tellement bon OMG 😱😱😱, vos enfants vont adorer ou vous-même, tester le. Pourtant je ne suis pas une grande fan des biscuits Oréo mais j'aime ça dans les gâteaux et desserts.
C'est un gâteau crémeux grâce à la meilleur crème au monde selon moi bien sur , la chantilly vanille à la crème mascarpone, gourmand et croustillant avec l'Oréo , moelleux apporte par le quatre quart.
Dans ce gâteau, j'ai voulue plusieurs textures, l'association de ces textures est juste incroyable.
Je l'ai préparée la veille, je trouve que là crème se bonifie le lendemain de la préparation mais vous pouvez le faire pour le jour même.
La devise a été respecte, une recette simple, rapide et extrêmement délicieux. À vous de juger, je suis confiante.

Recette gâteau Oréo sans cuisson avec une crème sans oeufs
Ingrédients:
Pour un plat en verre de 25 cm x 21 cm ou 27 x 18 cm
- un quatre quart de 500 gr
- 500 gr de mascarpone
- 620 ml de crème liquide
- 140 gr de sucre glace
- une gousse de vanille ou 1 cuillère à soupe l'extrait de vanille
- 20 biscuit Oréo sans la crème ( à retirer)
Préparation:
Avant de commencer , mixer le beurre et 10 biscuits Oréo en retirant la crème du biscuit et séparément et mixer 6 biscuits sans la crème du biscuit pour obtenir une poudre pour la décoration finale.
Crème mascarpone chantilly
- Dans un saladier, mettez la mascarpone et 1/4 de la crème (faîtes le au jugé ne vous embêtez pas). Mélangez les un peu avec une spatule pour que la mascarpone se détende.
- Rajoutez le reste de crème et fouettez la préparation à vitesse rapide. Fiez vous à la consistance de votre préparation, il faut qu’elle monte, qu’elle ne soit plus liquide et qu’elle ait la texture d’une crème
- Une fois que la crème commence à monter, ajoutez le sucre glace, la vanille, la poudre d'Oréo et continuez à battre .
- En tout il faut battre la crème 1-2 min mais il faut une crème pas trop ferme , facile à étaler.
Ma recette de crème mascarpone chantilly pour number cakes, cakes, cupcakes
Montage du gâteau
- Mettez un peu de crème au fond de votre plat pour faire tenir vos tranches de cake pour qu'elles ne bougent pas lorsque vous allez étaler la crème sur celles-ci.
- Couper environ 6 tranches avec une épaisseur moyennes que vous disposez dans le plat comme la photo ci-dessous.
- Ajoutez une couche de crème que vous étalez sur l'ensemble des tranches.
- Ajoutez les brisures d'Oréo dans la crème.
- Etaler tout le mélange mixé beurre + biscuit pour obtenir une couche homogène.
- Couper environ 6 tranches et dispose le comme la photo ci-dessous. ( photo prise d'une autre recette )
- Recouvrir avec le reste de la crème avec une spatule coudé.
- Saupoudrez avec la poudre de biscuit Oréo.
- Se conserver au frais recouvert d'un film plastique.
- Régalez-vous!!!!
Conseil:
- Je le fais souvent la vieille pour le lendemain , je trouve est plus bonne le lendemain.
- Le sortir dans 20 min avant de le déguster si vous voulez une crème crémeuse.
