Muffins moelleux aux pépites au chocolat avec un ingrédient mystère
Hello les gourmands,
Depuis le début du confinement, nous pâtissons tous les jours avec ma fille pour son plus grands bonheurs.
Dernièrement, on fait des muffins aux pépites aux chocolat avec du lait fermeté que j'ai découvert sur le compte Instagram de Sara Hariz et Pinterest.
Cette recette juste extra grâce au lait fermenté , on obtient des muffins extrêmement moelleux, Sarah prévient qu'il ne faut surtout pas se passer du lait fermenté mais je voulais absolu faire la recette alors que je n'avais pas de lait fermenté . Après avoir fait les 2 versions, je vous garantit que le lait fermenté est indispensable et fait toute la différence.
Recette de muffins aux pépites aux chocolats.
Pour dizaines muffins
Ingrédients
20 gr de sucre de canne
160 gr de sucre
180 gr de lait fermenté
100 gr d’huile de tournesol
1 oeuf moyen
280 gr de farine
1,5 cc de levure chimique
1 cs d’arôme vanille
100 gr de chocolat au lait
Préparation
- Préchauffer le four à 200°C.
- Dans un grand saladier, mélanger la farine, la levure, le sucre et l’oeuf.
- Ajouter la vanille liquide, le lait fermenté et l’huile et mélanger brièvement.
- Incorporer ensuite dans la garniture, les pépites de chocolat au lait. Mélanger quelques secondes.
- Remplir aux 3/4 des caissettes à muffins. Avant d’enfourner pendant 15 à 20 minutes à 200°C en chaleur statique.
